I’ve lost about 10 pounds in the last couple of months. I’ve figured it’s because I’m eating one meal a day most of the time, but quite honestly I don’t even think about eating that much. Yesterday, for example, I got up around 11:30 a.m. and went to my Spanish class, then Economics and after that I had a meeting with my Marketing group which ran from 3:00 till 6:30 p.m. I grabbed a bag of chips to eat on the way to my 7:00 p.m. Finance class and got out of there around 9:20. I got home maybe around 9:45 and ate my first meal of the day, left over pasta. I watched The Sopranos and started writing an essay and reading for Marketing. Between distractions and being committed to finishing my work, I finished what I was doing at 7:00 a.m. Then I went to campus to turn in my essay and came back home, slept until 4:00 p.m.
I’m going to start gaining some weight back though. Just pay more attention to my eating habits. Make it a point to eat more meals a day.

It doesn’t seem to fail me. Every time the weather changes, I get sick. The good part is that I’m already feeling better and it doesn’t seem to have hit me hard, but it’s probably a good idea for me to stay home and not do anything. The only plan I had was to go watch a college football game with a girl I met in one of my classes, but it will have to be another time.
I started getting sick around Wednesday night. I stayed up the whole night studying for me Economics test at the library. I could feel that I was starting to get sick and not sleeping probably didn’t help, but I had to stretch myself out so I came home and kept on studying until my Spanish class. From there I went to my Econ class and I fee like I did well, but we’ll see what the test reveals.
Something that is really coming along nicely is everything related to my entrepreneurial spirit. Bullen Tea is ranking high on the search engines so that means all my studying on the subject is actually starting to bear fruit. The new design is coming along nicely and the engine running it all is way better than what it used to be. Everything is very dynamic and slick, pretty much to the bones. The plan is to be able to replicate the efforts I’ve put into Bullen Tea in every other online business I create, but without the tedious work. It will happen.

Marketing is the activity, set of institutions, and processes for creating, communicating, delivering, and exchanging offerings that have value for customers, clients, partners, and society at large.
Exchange: people giving up something to receive something they would rather have.
Conditions of exchange:
- There must be at least two parties.
- Each party has something that might be of value to the other party.
- Each party is capable of communication and delivery.
- Each party is free to accept or reject the exchange offer.
- Each party believes it is appropriate or desirable to deal with other party.
Management Philosophies:
- Production Orientation: a philosophy that focuses on the internal capabilities of the firm rather than on the desires and needs of the marketplace.
- Sales Orientation: the idea that people will buy more goods and services if aggressive sales techniques are used and that high sales result in high profits.
- Market Orientation: a philosophy that assumes that a sale does not depend on an aggressive sales force but rather on a customer’s decision to purchase product. It is synonymous with the marketing concept.
- Societal Marketing Orientation: the idea that an organization exists not only to satisfy customer wants and needs and to meet organization objectives but also to preserve and enhance individuals’ and society’s long-term best interests.
Marketing Concept: the idea that the social and economic justification for an organization’s existence is the satisfaction of customer wants and needs while meeting organizational objectives.

I was up for about 32 hours between Wednesday and Thursday working on my Spanish class project. Me and three other students did a news announcement on this animal nobody is sure it exists called the Chupacabras. It turned out great and I learned a lot about editing videos. Something I can use later on for sure.
I’ve just woken up with a headache after about a 12 hour sleep and I’m about to head back to the library to study for my Economics and Writing exams. I’m going straight through tonight ’cause my Writing exam is at 10:00 a.m. tomorrow Saturday and if I go to bed I’ll probably not make it.
I need breakfast…
